Volunteer Opportunities

We need your help to provide our many activities, programs, and services!

Activities:

Teach group fitness programs

Personal training for small groups and individuals

Lead a "Lunch and Learn" session about your area of study (i.e. nutrition, exercise, other)

Entertain at a meal (musical or acting skits welcome)

Volunteer to serve during lunch meal service

Become a Home Delivered Meals driver

Dishwasher (Lunchtime)

General maintenance and repair

Technology assistance

Assist with fundraisers

Walk to End Alzheimer's Volunteers to set up/tear down
